Avocados are one of the trendiest foods. You see avocados everywhere from being featured on the menus of the hottest food places to the best recipe books.

Now that you know how to cut an avocado, you can incorporate this delicious food into your meals! Avocados are very versatile and easy to work with.

Some great ideas include avocado toast. Spread avocado onto toasted whole wheat bread and season with pepper. You can also add boiled egg or slices of tomato on top to add more flavor!

Everyone loves guacamole and its one of the easiest thing to make! Mash 2 avocados and add 1 small onion diced, 1 garlic minced, 1 ripe tomato diced, 1 lime juiced and salt and pepper to taste. Combine together and now you have yummy guacamole to put on tacos or to eat with chips and vegetables.

Lastly, the best thing about avocados is that they go great with so many foods! Add avocado to your wrap or sandwich to pump up the flavor, add it to nachos, or incorporate it into your Taco Tuesdays. Be creative and try adding avocados into your everyday meals!
