Are You Moving Closer to Your Goals?

As we near the end of another school year, now is an excellent time to check in with yourself and see where you’re at in terms of progressing towards your future goals. Are you still on track? Maybe you need to set some new goals? Taking periodic check-ins with yourself to monitor the steps you’ve taken towards your goals is an important part of successful goal setting.

Important questions to ask yourself:

  • Have I been moving closer to my goal?
  • Is this goal still relevant to my future plans, or does it need to be adjusted?
  • What do I need to do next in order to reach my goal?

Tracking your progress helps you stay focused so that you don’t lose sight of what it is you want to achieve. Keeping track of the advancements you’ve made is also a great way to make sure you’re celebrating your achievements. Acknowledging what you’re doing well sends yourself positive messages that will help you continue to move forward.

I encourage you to take some time today and check-in with yourself. Are you successfully working towards your goals?
