Today is May 1, 2017 and it’s time to kick off our 31 Days of Wellness Campus Challenge! All Cal Poly students, staff and faculty are eligible to register for the challenge and win prizes.
Stop by our May Day Wellbeing Fair from 11:00am – 1:00pm on Mustang Way and Mott Lawn to grab a stamp card. It’s not too late to sign up for the challenge @ https://mycpwell.com/31-days-of-wellness/.
Week 1: Community Wellness
This week is dedicated to Community Wellness. Finding ways to connect to Cal Poly and our local community through the relationships we build, contributes to our overall health and well-being. Our community of students, staff and faculty not only make up our campus community, but contributes to the larger thriving community of San Luis Obispo. Navigating our local resources can sometimes be tricky, so Campus Health & Wellbeing is bringing our local community resources to us!
Be sure to check out our campus and community partners at the May 3, 2017 Community Wellness Fair on Mustang Way/Mott Lawn from 11:00am to 1:00pm. For registered participants who stop by our Campus Health & Wellbeing booth, get your card stamped and you could win two free tickets to the Cal Poly Arts afternoon performance of T.C. Boyle on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 3:00pm. In addition, registered participants can get a free massage from SLO CO Massage & Wellness Spa and get some free goodies.
In true Cal Poly “Learn by doing” fashion, participants can earn 5 Bonus Points for filling out our pre-challenge survey designed by KINE 435 Students (Less than 5 minutes).
