Located at 748 High St. in San Luis Obispo, California Transitions-Mental Heatlh Association, also known as T-MHA offers “over 35 programs at locations throughout San Luis Obispo and North Santa Barbara counties” and is a champion in leading programs, initiatives for “eliminating stigma and promoting recovery and wellness for people with mental illness” on the central coast.
